“Gifted” “Creative” “Innovative”
“Dedicated” – These are just a few of the adjectives
used to describe the Mary’s Hope presenters, Sherry Niermann
and Diane Moore. Driven by a deep compassion for survivors of profound
childhood abuse and seeking ways to help survivors heal their broken
relationships with God, they founded Mary’s Hope in 2000.
They are able to utilize their individual gifts in creating and
presenting the Mary’s Hope Workshops. These unique educational
programs are praised by thousands of attendees.
Their research and writing skills are reflected in the exceptional
quality of the information presented on the soul wounds left in
the wake of profound abuse, and the effects of abuse on the spiritual
development of the child. Rather than presenting just a string of
facts, Moore and Niermann draw the participants into to the aching
souls of survivors. There are frequent opportunities for interaction
with the presenters, small group participation and role playing.
This creates an atmosphere conducive to quality adult learning.
They are able to take a difficult topic and present it with grace
and gentle humor.
